Orders and Payments


*Initial orders require payment methods of VISA, MasterCard, Certified Cheque or Money Order (sorry, no exceptions).

*Please provide us with your company information: 
     * Contact name, billing/shipping addresses, telephone/fax numbers and/or e-mail address.
     * Credit card payments, we require the name of cardholder, card  number and expiry date.

*Canada (B.C. customers), please provide your PST number for tax exemption, if applicable.

*No unauthorized deduction will be honored without prior approval from Pacific Studio Supplies.   

*All orders require payment before shipment (sorry, no exceptions) - VISA, MasterCard or C.O.D (extra charge applies).
 
For credit application, a monthly minimum order of $500.00 continuously for 6 months is required.

*Pacific Studio Supplies will inform the Customer of any items temporarily unavailable and approximate available date for back orders.   
 
Shipping and Freight Information

*$5.00 handling charge is applicable to every order, waived on back orders.

*Unless otherwise specified by the customer, orders will be shipped via:
      FedEx Ground / Canada Post Expedited (for Canada shipments)
      UPS Ground / US Postal Service (for USA shipments).

*Shipments are sent prepaid and all shipping charges will be added to your invoice.   
 
 
 Damage Claims and Return Policy    

*Claims for damages, shortages, and/or errors must be made to our office within 10 days in receipt of goods.  Returning merchandise must be pre-approved by Pacific Studio Supplies.

*All returns and/or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed, unless it is due to the error of our part.
